rocketbatch processes data on your behalf, therefore acting as processor. In this constellation, an
order processing contract between you and rocketbatch is necessary, which regulates the responsibilities
and obligations in compliance with GDPR. The contract also contains the technical and organizational measures.
Procedure:
1. Download the order processing contract → (German only) and fill it out

2. Sign the contract; either digitally, or printed and scanned
3. Send contract via email to info@rocketbatch.com
4. The contract will be digitally signed back, whereupon it becomes valid
