Data protection according to GDPR

If GDPR is applicable, e.g. because you are collecting personal data from persons in the EU.

1 - Order processing contract

rocketbatch processes data on your behalf, therefore acting as processor. In this constellation, an order processing contract between you and rocketbatch is necessary, which regulates the responsibilities and obligations in compliance with GDPR. The contract also contains the technical and organizational measures.

Procedure:

1. Download the order processing contract → (German only) and fill it out
(If not browsing in your browser head over and download the document from https://rocketbatch.com/de/processing-contract.pdf)
2. Sign the contract; either digitally, or printed and scanned
3. Send contract via email to info@rocketbatch.com
4. The contract will be digitally signed back, whereupon it becomes valid

2 - Register of procedures / Privacy policy for participants

The GDPR requires that all persons subject to data processing are informed about the processing of their personal data. rocketbatch therefore recommends creating your own privacy policy / register of procedures (RP).

rocketbatch does not check if your company or YOU are DSGVO compliant.
