rocketbatch is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that brings mail, tasks, notes, contacts and meetings into one place. It is free for personal use and costs from CHF 12.90 per seat and month for teams. Its servers run in the EU (Amazon Web Services, Ireland).

  • A full mail client with tasks, Kanban boards, notes, contacts, meetings and team channels.
  • Mail, tasks, notes and contacts can be linked to each other and found again from any of them.
  • Native apps for macOS and Windows. A mobile app is in development.
  • Spaces: one account, several separate areas, for example work, family or a club.
  • Leads and campaigns: landing pages, forms, mail campaigns and lead scores.
  • A workflow engine for automations.
  • AI built in: connect any model, including one that runs on your own machine or inside your network.

[02] Where data lives

  • Private mail stays on your device. Only headers and a short preview sync.
  • Shared items (mail you make public, tasks, notes) are stored on our servers.
  • Our servers and files run with Amazon Web Services in the Ireland region (EU).
  • Connections use TLS. Passwords are salted and hashed.
  • A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for customers.
  • The website counts visits without cookies unless a visitor allows one.

  • All plans have all features. Plans differ in users, contacts, storage and support.
  • Free: CHF 0. 1 user, up to 500 contacts, 1 GB storage, community support.
  • Starter: CHF 12.90 per seat and month. 2–3 users, up to 1,000 contacts, 1 GB storage, community support.
  • Per User: CHF 22 per seat and month. From 4 to 30 users, up to 10,000 contacts, up to 2 GB storage per seat, priority support.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing. Unlimited users, unlimited contacts, unlimited storage, dedicated support.
  • Personal and family use is free.
