[?] How rocketbatch answers these questions

The same questions, put to us. Where an answer counts against us, it says so.

  1. [01]
Where is your team's email stored?

Your mail stays with your mail provider; rocketbatch is the app you read it in. Private mail stays on your device. Only headers and a short preview sync to our servers.

  2. [02]
Where are your tasks and project notes stored?

With Amazon Web Services in the Ireland region (EU). That is a US provider in an EU data region, so see the last answer too.

  3. [03]
How many separate tools hold client information (mail, tasks, notes, CRM, chat, files)?

Mail, tasks, Kanban boards, notes, contacts, meetings and team channels sit in one app. That can replace several tools.

  4. [04]
Do you have a data processing agreement (DPA) with every tool that holds client data?

A data processing agreement is available for every customer.

  5. [06]
Does your use of AI send client data to an external service?

You can connect any AI model, including one that runs on your own machine or inside your network. Then client data does not leave it.

  6. [08]
Does your website ask before setting tracking cookies, and load fonts or scripts from other companies only with consent?

Yes. This site counts visits without cookies unless you allow one, hosts its fonts itself and loads no scripts from other companies.

  7. [09]
Is private mail kept apart from shared client mail?

Yes. Private mail stays on your device. Only what you make public is shared with your team.

  8. [10]
Do you know which of your tools could be reached under US law (CLOUD Act)?

Our servers run with Amazon Web Services, a US company, in Ireland. US law could in principle reach that data. We would rather say so here than in small print.
